In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the ja777j website accessible at https://ja777j.ws and all associated mobile interfaces, APIs, and digital services operated under the ja777j brand.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual to access the Platform's betting, casino, and gaming services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or places wagers through the Platform.
• "Operator" / "We" / "Us" means ja777j and its authorised representatives responsible for operating the Platform.

The Operator reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time. Where age cannot be satisfactorily verified, the Account will be suspended pending confirmation and any winnings accrued during the unverified period may be withheld.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform at any time. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. Where duplicate accounts are detected:

• All accounts involved will be suspended or permanently closed without prior notice.
• Any pending withdrawals across all affected accounts will be cancelled.
• Bonus Funds, winnings generated using Bonus Funds, and any balance in excess of the original deposited amount may be forfeited entirely.
• The matter may be referred to relevant authorities where financial fraud is suspected.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, current address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. ja777j will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access results from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify the support team immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party. Contact details are provided in the footer of this page.

The Platform processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Supported payment methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The Operator reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

All funds deposited into your Account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name and that you are legally entitled to use. Deposits from payment methods registered to third parties — including family members — are not permitted and may trigger a KYC review or account suspension.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed any applicable KYC verification before a withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used on the Account wherever technically possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Account dashboard at the time of the request.

• Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and may only be used for wagering. They cannot be withdrawn directly.

In the event of any dispute arising under these Terms, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through the ja777j support team. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as the Operator designates in writing. These Terms & Conditions are written in English, and the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any translated version.
